Extrusion Department
Our Extrusion Department produces high-quality Liner Low density & High density quality films. Our team ensures precise film thickness, clarity, and strength, maintaining strict quality standards that form the foundation for all our bag products.

In-Line Print Department
In-line printing is a cost-effective solution for industrial packaging where durability and brand visibility are more important than precise print placement. The printing process is integrated directly into the extrusion line, allowing film to be printed as it is produced.
It is ideal for skid covers, lumber covers, tire storage bags, and industrial packaging. In-line printing supports widths up to 80 inches and up to six colours across one or both sides. Print placement may vary slightly, making it best suited for high-volume, functional applications rather than retail shelf products.
Regency Plastics utilizes advanced flexographic printing techniques to deliver cost-effective, high-quality prints for large-scale production runs.

Out of Line Print Department
Out-of-line printing is used when high visual precision, consistency, and a premium appearance are required. In this process, the film is produced first and then printed on a separate press, allowing better control and accuracy. It is commonly used for consumer-facing packaging such as retail bags and food packaging that appear on store shelves.
Out-of-line printing delivers sharper details, cleaner finishes, and supports complex colour combinations, making it ideal for brands that need strong shelf appeal. After printing, the film moves to the converting department, where it is turned into specialty bags like wicket bags, lip-and-tape bags, and other custom formats, resulting in a polished, shelf-ready product.

Converting Department
In our Converting Department, extruded plastic film rolls are converted into high-quality finished plastic bags. This process involves precision cutting, sealing, and the addition of functional features such as handles and perforations. Our experienced team utilizes advanced equipment to deliver customized bag solutions that meet stringent quality requirements and customer expectations.
